Hey @visual thicket ! I'm sorry I don't follow what you described at all just yet. Let's take one question at a time. Can you clearly re-explain exactly what you integrated, how (there are dozens of ways to use our APIs and products) and what you are trying to answer?
we have setup ACH direct debit in our app by creating paymentIntent.
First 2 time, User was able to went through the flow (Like selecting the bank account, verify it).
We can see txn on pending status on stripe dashboard. Its all good here.
When tried again, every time we allowed user to go through the same flow. User was able to select the there bank account and go till the OTP verification from bank and submit. After submitting, it is redirecting us to the error that i posted in the screenshot. could you suggest what went wrong here?
Gotcha. Sorry you said "in our app" without much details. Is this a Mobile app? A web app? Something else? What are the exact details about your integration? Is this happening to just one specific Customer or to you too?

Its a mobile app, and we are redirecting stripe hosted approach. It worked for me first 2 transactions, later not worked for others and myself as well
