This channel is for API support. API-wise you are doing the right thing, it sounds like some communication between Stripe, the bank, and the user was breaking down
they just keep saying they'll resend the code but its happened like 50x so I can't keep coming back every time
This sounds like a bug that our support team should file with the relevant eng team
