What option are you trying to turn on?
Also what kind of connect charges are you making? Direct charges? Destination charges? Separate charges and transfers?

I think it's a Direct charges
I just use connected account id in my api header
and payment is registered in connected account
I can see tax rate option in Products menu on platform but I can't see it on connected account's product option

If this is the dashboard can you send me a screenshot of that option? Looking for where you can set this in the API, but a screenshot may help me find it faster

Ah gotcha, you can create those with this endpoint https://stripe.com/docs/api/tax_rates/create
You will also want to use the Stripe-Account header and keep track of which tax rate ID is assosciated with which account
