Will the Subscription always be cancelled after the extension? Or does this add a 15 day trial/unpaid period basically?
I think a subscription schedule is your best bet here https://stripe.com/docs/billing/subscriptions/subscription-schedules
You can define a $0 price and when the user enters your coupon you can schedule them to have 15 days on that $0 price before switching back to your standard one
