Hi there!
Can you share the ID (req_xxx) of the failing API request?
https://support.stripe.com/questions/finding-the-id-for-an-api-request
hi! Thank you for the quick reply
This is the real request (executed some moments ago): https://js.stripe.com/v3/three-ds-2-challenge-a4a13993b88eb4845a5f01a1f4fb5987.html
And in the response, there is the following header:
X-Request-Id:
50ee20fc-193a-448b-914e-07846ed4dbba
No I need the Stripe request Id
If this is a Stripe APi error
otherwise, if Chrome is blocking the request as it comes from an extension, probably this is a constraint on Chrome Side
We don't offer an official integration for Chrome Extensions
in my bank app, I have received now two notifications: "your payments of 0 euros cannot be confirmed"
but it doesn't make sense to be blocked by Chrome. As I said, it was working fine, and I have tested with older Chrome versions to verify that the behavior is the same
why this request for an html returns 404 or 403?
it would be useful to know why this may happen to dig into the issue
Don't know how are you integrating Stripe on the extension
Are you using the latest Stripe SDK ?
Can you share a screenshot of the devtool console for a test payment ?
In the backend we use the python stripe library, in the frontend we use the react package to style the components, and a file including the stripe script https://js.stripe.com/v3/
yes
I can share the .har file too
This issue will require an in-depth investigation from our team in order to figure out the root cause. Can we ask that you write in to us via https://support.stripe.com/contact, providing as much detail and context as possible (you can also reference this thread).
Also, you can check the 'developer' box when writing in it will come straight to our team.
Could you please send this via Stripe Support ?
This requires async investigation
yes, I already open a ticket without answer, but I will open a new one referencing this conversation

Don't forget to hit the 'developer' box when writing in it will come straight to our team.
