All I want right now is all the payment methods that are collected on stripe through that zoho forms, need to attach it to their respective customers as default payment method so that I could use the future. The payment collected was one time, so I don't want my customers to re-enter their card details again rather use the existing payment method to be attached to the customers

Sure, but how does the PaymentIntent created? Do you have request id? req_xxx from https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/logs. I believe that's via Zoho forms
