I'm not quite sure what you mean when you say they applied for a $300 refund (I'm guessing that's the dispute you're referring to rather than a refund?).

No I mean it was 300$ dispute
So I refunded him 100$ first
Then he contacted his bank and he applied for 300$ refund
So totally his getting 400$ but his actual payment is 300$
Why stripe is not checking the 100$ that I refunded him

I would recommend talking to our Support team about that, that's deep in the dispute handling process and is less technical (which we're better suited to provide assistance with). My thinking is you would have provided evidence of the refund as part of your dispute evidence submission, so the card network would take that into account when making their decision about the amount to return, but it's really not a flow that I know well.
