Hello! You don't need to use a Subscription Schedule to add a one-time item to a Subscription's first Invoice.
You can use add_invoice_items to add a one-time Price to the first Invoice only: https://stripe.com/docs/api/subscriptions/create#create_subscription-add_invoice_items
