Hello! No, that's not possible. However, you can mark an Invoice as paid out-of-band, which is likely a better approach than canceling the already-in-progress Payment Intent: https://stripe.com/docs/api/invoices/pay#pay_invoice-paid_out_of_band
You can add a reference to the Payment Intent in the Invoice's metadata: https://stripe.com/docs/api/invoices/update#update_invoice-metadata
