You can't unlink an Express account and relink it to another account, you need to create a new Express account for the other platform.

How do I do that? I orignally just wanted to make a connect account. Do I just repeat the process? Also, how do I remove my information from the stripe express account? I do not want it just out there without ever being used

Additionally, I am trying to delete the old test Stripe account from my account settings, but everytime I click into it it simply redirects me to Stripe express and I can't even access that Stripe account page

Yep, you would repeat the process to create a new Express account.

The problem with deleting the old Stripe account (not connect) is that everytime I click into it it just goes to this new stripe express account.

I can't even access the new Stripe account to update it with my actual information to just solve the issues, it just keeps redirecting me. I figured I could just go to the old account and re update the info so it's like making the old the new, but it won't allow me
