Hi 👋 sorry, I'm not sure I understand, what funds are you hoping to withdraw from a Connected Account if its balance isn't positive (indicating it has funds available)?

We were charging their accounts for the services we provide to our customers (connected account), the connected account had a zero balance and after debiting them, the balance became negative and The reserved amount is displayed on the platform, how to withdraw this amount?

You don't, as far as I know.

for example, connect account has no balance, and we charge the connect account as $500

and new balance is -$500
also withdrawal payout applied and balance to 0

and in platform account balance is held reserved $500

now can payout the $500 to platform bank account?

No, when you drive the Connected Account's balance negative, it borrows money from your Platform account's balance. Those aren't funds that can be paid out, that's a loan from you to you.

At least as far as I understand, but we aren't the most well versed in Connect Reserves. If you want more details about working with Connect Reserves, I would strongly recommend reaching out to our Support team who is more familiar with the matter:

So what does this mean?

It means (again, as far as I know because this really isn't what we specialize in) you can't pay those funds out because they aren't really there, you can't borrow money from yourself then cash that out from Stripe.

Does Stripe withdraw money from the bank account of the connected account?

Assume that the connected account has no balance and owes money to our system, and we charge them, and Stripe withdraws a payout of the same amount the next business day, that amount is displayed in the Hold Reserved section.

now how to we can payout the money to bank account?

You can't
