hi! not sure sorry, we know almost nothing about Identity as it's a beta. I'd suggest writing to https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true or your existing Stripe or beta contacts with the request IDs req_xxx of the error.
otherwise can't you just pass some other completely different name/DOB for now to unblock?

I don't know, I assume there are just test documents we mention in our documentation that you usually pass to the API, and you can probably use those
