i don't know well the firsbase plugin honestly, it's maintained by external entity now and not Stripe. However, if you are the owner of these bank accounts, you can add multiple bank accounts in your own Stripe Account:

We can add multiple bank accounts but with different currencies. I can’t add multiple bank accounts that use € for example

Ah correct, you can add only one bank account by currency

In that case you can use Stripe Connect to achieve this

The documentation about connect is a bit complicated. With connect I will be able to create multiple account, and redirect payment from customers towards them?

Yes, or you can use it just for payouts (which is your case I think)
