i mean that i want to add a rule that will block the specific card. As a result, once the customer add cards details will not authorized to begin charging session

In our busines, the customer is adding his card and the system authorize that the card is valid.

Once card is valid, the customer start charging his car

When charging finish, we collect the money that the charging session cost.

We have a customer who places a valid card and he is charging his car every 2 to 3 days, but when it comes to payment, his card is not having the amount.
