Thanks for the fast help! Is there any resource on how to implement custom elements like this in to the payment element? I can't seem to find one, unfortunately.

What kind of custom element are you referring to? For checkbox, it'll be just standard html checkbox added to your integration outside of Payment Element

Sorry, I am new to Stripe. We are using Craft Commerce for our shop. They provide a plugin for integrating Stripe as a payment form. I provided a screenshot of our integration code. Simply adding an html checkbox in our template does not work, because it is outside the iframe including the payment form. I don't know if you could help me with that or maybe I ask in the Github for the Plugin.
