It's just that alipay itself doesn't support USD if your Stripe account is Singapore
For other payment method like card, it supports USD even if your Stripe account is in SIngapore

As mentioned earlier, alipay in your Singapore account doesn't support USD. It's not possible to have alipay in USD.
For only for currencies in SGD and CNY, then alipay will be shown in the payment link.
