Oh then you need to pass the stripe account header to list payouts for that connect account

The destination param is supposed to be a ba_ id

But you shouldn't need to pass that if you just want all payouts on that acct_

sorry one more question. is a payout a form of charge? and if so would it appear in the charges api (which does support the metadata search function)
