hi! that's not how the PaymentElement works today, it doesn't have that functionality, it doesn't show such a thing like a saved card.

The above pic that I have shared is from stripe invoice_hosted_url.
Am I missing something from stripe.js ... Like I wanted to get same result If customer has default payment method as card saved then can I show it in the same way in my custom flow. Is there any way for it !?? As of now it gives me to enter card details to proceed with the payment.

there's no built-in flow. What you can do is that if you already know the ID of the PaymentMethod pm_xxx that you want the customer to pay with, you can skip using the PaymentElement entirely. Instead you can just have a button on your site and when the button is clicked, call https://stripe.com/docs/js/payment_intents/confirm_card_payment#stripe_confirm_card_payment-existing .
