did you register the domain on the connected account?

yes but it appears that when direct pub/secret keys are used the domain is: merchant.www.merchant.com.stripe when clients use it via connected account the domain is merchant.www.merchant.com.acct_1xxxxxxx.stripe

but for some reason Stripe isn't setting up the domain correctly after connecting

strange this doesn't seem to happen with all accounts
