Is there another notification email that can do this? Our accounts team have to go between Woocommerce, Stripe and Xero to reconsile incoming payments which isn't very streamlines

You can turn off Stripe emails and send your own custom ones, but that's something you would have to implement on your end.

Is there also a plugin that can calculate the stripe fee for each trasnaction so this can be charged to customers and therefore be visible on woocommerce email notifications?
