The prices in the portal are pulling from prices you've configured for specific products. If you configure the portal to allow customers to change plans, you can configure which price(s) show up as possible upgrade/downgrade options
What have you tried so far? Where are you blocked?
I haveset up a product and the product has diffrent prices. I want a specific price to be shown because i have added a new price to product.
If you launch a portal session for a customer who has a subscription, does the price you created show up when you click on "update plan"?
Yes this one shows up.
It sounds like you're all set but let me know if you still need help!
You'll need to be more specific. Are you referring to the "Pro" product in your screenshot?
Do you have a product ID you can share for the "Pro" product?
you mean UID
Yep, I see that. I suspect you're running into this limitation for the portal:
Customers can’t define multiple Prices with the same product and recurring.interval values. For example, to offer a magazine for 4.00 USD per month regular price and 3.00 USD per month for students, create a separate student magazine Product version.
I mean Product object ID. it should look like "prod_..."

Nope, that's not it. The Product ID I'm looking for should begin with "prod_...". It should be in the URL of the Product view page (where you see the 14 prices)
Sign in to the Stripe Dashboard to manage business payments and operations in your account. Manage payments and refunds, respond to disputes and more.
Interesting 🤔 Could you share your account ID instead? You should be able to find this in the Dashboard by clicking on the gear at the top right > Profile, then scrolling to the bottom of the page. If you have multiple accounts, please share the ID of the account where the "Pro" product lives

Okay, I was hoping to be able to find your "Pro" product quickly but there are lots of test products and multiple ones named "Pro". I think your screenshot above and the long ID you pulled were from the product list view. If you click into the "Pro" product with 14 prices, what ID do you see in the URL?
e6b860ca-dc08-4baa-aaec-eeb6f9258c19
Ah, found it. Your portal screenshot above is in test mode but e6b860ca-dc08-4baa-aaec-eeb6f9258c19 is in live mode
So it's what I suspected. Yes, you have 14 prices for this product but not all will be displayed since some have the same recurring interval. For example, you have four prices that are "monthly" so only one of these can be displayed to customers
I want to reflect on prod but can not do experiments on prod.
Similarly, you have three prices that are "yearly" but only one of these can be displayed to customers.
If you want to display multiple montly prices, each will need to have its own parent Product. Let me know if that makes sense!
You can find this in the same way you found the test mode portal settings: https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/billing/portal
If you click the "$1990.00 per year" link, you can see which Price is being used and see its ID in the URL
How do change from here. I want to add anothe ron enot this one
i want to change it
You'd click the "x" to the right of the price you want to remove, and then search for "Pro" under "Find a product"
Thanks.
