Hello! This can happen depending on your settings or the type of Subscription. Do you have a Subscription ID I can take a look at?

And for context, i have verified the customer portal settings via the admin are correct and the same as what i have in TEST, which does work.

#

i am the one that typed "inspect" by the way using my web developer tools, to see that section, on the front end that <div> is just empty.

thanks for sharing that ID - give me a few minutes to take a look

#

Hmm... I'm not seeing anything obvious that would explain the behavior

#

Can you create a new customer portal session through the API so that I can grab that link on my end and see what it looks like for myself?

@uneven valley If you have more than one Customer with the same email it could be that you're seeing the Portal for the Customer you don't expect.

#

It could also be that the Customer is logging in using a different email address than the one on the Customer object, like example@gmail.com and example+foo@gmail.com both being in your system under different Customers.

Thanks @mortal crystal and @versed aspen , let me follow-up with the customer and get back to you on the email address - that could be it
