The stripe support team are saying its firewalls or adblocks thats the 'generated' error. However I have multiple clients with diffent browsers, banks etc and they cant verify the paymetn with 3ds

So there is something wrong with 3ds authentication as its not generating the pop up screen for verification.

If you're already speaking to support (https://support.stripe.com/contact) then it's better for you to keep pushing on them there and they can get it escalated internally to the correct folks, but if you have an example recording that you can share here I can also try taking a look

4 different clients, different accounts, banks, browsers etc with the same issue

'error add block' cant complete- they dont have add blockers, they cant get the pop up to compelte the cvc/verification.

Okay I found some info internally - I believe the real issue here is that these are payments that we decided needed captcha, and it's the captcha itself that's failing

We're aware of the issue and the team is looking into how this can be fixed

I'd recommend following up with support and they can give you updates as it's addressed

So to clarify its so there has been a new captcha required for this payments, there is an issue on stripes end with the captcha failing and there currently looking into fixing this. Is that correct Karbi?

Correct - the one thing I'd change is that this isn't a "new" captcha. We've had captcha in place for a while now

Got it. Hmm the only thing that is new on my end, is that these clients have been able to pay fine up until the new year. This verification is a new prompt from them.
