Gotcha that means that the card in your Google Wallet doesn't satisfy the requirements as a live card.
I can't tell you why that is, but you'll want to double check your Google wallet and perhaps try a different card

but with the same account the option does not appear on the checkout

No I can't help further... I already looked at the Checkout Session you provided and I can see Google pay, so it is working just fine. The issue, if you can't see it, is based on the card in your Google Wallet, so there is nothing more I can do to help really.

these are cards I use for transactions

You would need to talk directly to Google then

Hmmm usually you can ignore those Google Manifest errors
As that is just a no-op that comes from Google
So yeah, if you aren't seeing Google Pay but others can see it then you would need to reach out to Google to ask about those cards. No other thing to do really.
