Where did you set "user" in Unit Label exactly?

That's not an option in our Pricing Tables as far as I know.

Ah yeah I don't think that Unit Label shows up in Pricing Table

I believe Pricing Table only displays the Name of the Product

How can I make pricing table show pricing details as "per user"

Pricing Table is pretty limited in its customization

I think the only way to accomplish that would be to add that onto the Product Name itself

Are you creating Customer Portal Configurations for each Portal Session?

Or are you using a default that you set up in your Dashboard?

I visited that customer details in my stripe portal and then selected "open customer portal"

Okay you likely need to go to https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/settings/billing/portal in your Dashboard and flip the option on for "Customers can change quantity of their plans"
