So basically for this flow you need the clientSecret to create your Elements Provider
And that should wrap your component that contains your Payment Element
Like we show in https://stripe.com/docs/payments/quickstart?client=react
Your other option is to use the deferred-intent flow: https://stripe.com/docs/payments/accept-a-payment-deferred?platform=web
Which then you can create your PaymentIntent later on
