Is it just this event that it occured on? Is there a pattern/trend? We're not really able to dive into specific cause here really because of the age of the event (there could of been an API issue at the time, etc)

Not really sure.
So we store these events in a curated form in our DB and our customers can see their billing events. So we received a sentry for this particular customer. So I am not sure if any more such cases exist
But the question I wanted to ask is "This is not expected right" cause if so, we will not handle it and let it be for, since this could be a one-off. Otherwise we would have to handle it
