I think this set up shows up when we are on future payment. But technically it means to customer that they will be charged certain amount in the future if conditions met

yeah, that's why it says "Set up" when you're using a SetupIntent with the PaymentSheet.

Yeah understood.
Maybe another way is to say: Authorise (or pre-authorise) $xxx , with a note underneath: You won't be charged until conditions are met.

The biggest problem with "set up" is that customers do not know the exact amount they will be charged, like instant payment
