Hello! We'll be with you shortly. Below are links to other discussions we've had with you in the past week in case you want to review that information. If your question is related to one of these previous discussions, please provide a comprehensive summary of the current state and what you need help with now. We help many users simultaneously, so a summary allows us to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
hi! not sure I follow, there are docs at https://stripe.com/docs/billing/testing/test-clocks , did you have a more specific question about the implementation?
Yeah, on stripe dashboard for the subscription taken from platform we can automate using test clock
And could test webhook
But same for the connected account, there is no test clock shown to test web hook
yeah I'm not sure how well this feature works for Connect. Ultimately if it's a Standard account you can view their Dashboard(from the accounts list in the Connect section of your Dashboard) and hopefully can see subscriptions/test clock objects created on their account that way.
there is no test clock shown to test web hook
not sure what this means specifically, sorry.
Yeah I mean to say, for testing webhook, I need to utilise the test clock which is missing
not sure what that means specifically and what exact JSON you're looking at and what you expect to see that you're not seeing.
So for schedule subscription can we use test clock to automate date and test various webhook events?
Hi, Actually I am in the standard connect account not in the platform
can you view the Subscription on the connected account?
and are you creating the subscriptions yourself?
Yes
have you tried using Test Clock?
Nope, just viewing the dashboard for test clock
Do I need to add test clock during customer create
Do I need to add test clock during customer create
