It's not supported in my country. One option would be top reverse a bunch of transfers that we made to them but I want to know if it's also possible to not reverse them one by one but rather just manually create one transfer from connected account to platform account as a one-off solution

that's what an Account Debit is

if it's not supported in your country then there's no great option unfortuantely
