Hello! We'll be with you shortly. Below are links to other discussions we've had with you in the past week in case you want to review that information. If your question is related to one of these previous discussions, please provide a comprehensive summary of the current state and what you need help with now. We help many users simultaneously, so a summary allows us to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

hi! it's not really possible, that is how our proration works, it gives a discount for the time on the existing plan that was already paid for.

one option is to preview the proration before making the change, and then add an invoice item for the amount you don't want, so that gets pulled in and cancels it out.

That's crazy, isn't it? because I only want you to receive an invoice for that license and not to see the other one as well

not sure what you mean by crazy.

The logic is
Jan 1st you pay $100 for a Silver plan for a year.
June 1st you switch to the $200 Gold plan.
You are charged from May 1->Dec 31 of Gold(so e.g. 6 months so 50% of 200 = $100)
you already paid for the Silver plan, so you are refunded May 1->Dec 31 of Silver(so e.g. 6 months so 50% of 100 = -$50)
so the overall cost is like $50.

There are various ways of handling this sort of thing and different businesses do it differently, but right now this is only mode that our in-built proration uses

As you can see here, I have purchased 1 license and I want invoices for it. Now that is correct, but I see 3 licenses in the invoice and remove them. I can't make it so that you only see 1 lens

did you check my proposed workaround above?
