First of all we are using off-session payments.
We have some customers that have a default payment method in their account, which seems normal at first sight.
They create invoices but those invoices will never be paid because they stay in "incomplete"

One thing I noticed in comparison to other customers is, that when I select a random payment from the customer, there is no link to the SEPA-Mandate. Looking at a fully working customer payment like this: https://dashboard.stripe.com/payments/pi_3OUdPRBedPgr0Zv20Dt1yR7t
