I saw here a list of currencies, thanks for that, didn't knew it needed to be a specific currency, but in AliPay there is the currency USD but it does not show in every country that uses USD. Is there any workaround for using IDK USD as main pricing and show the payment methods?

Sorry, let me back up a minute. You can have WeChat and AliPay in different currencies. You just need to enable them in the Dashboard and ensure that theyre in a supporting currency/country: https://stripe.com/docs/payments/wechat-pay
