Looks like payment failed for the Invoice, so the status changed to requires_payment_method. This is pretty well-documented, so do you have a more specific question?

PaymentIntent status:
requires_payment_method

in this case is pretty well documented, because i can see the reason of the error, Payment failed because of incorrect card number

for the first example, is NOT pretty well documented, because there are no any explanation for the reason of the error,
Payment failed, that's it
