since our platform customers are in Canada and we're based in US
charges are shown as US and getting flagged and not passed

We use Stripe Express and have platform customers
Some of which are based in Canada
The transactions are being blocked because their fraud department sees a charge coming from US (because we're based in US and we are the platform and funds pass thru us to them).
How do we fix this issue so banks see the charge coming from the end user's location
maybe have a look at on_behalf_of.

We're already using OBO
then I'm not sure what else to suggest without fully diving into the context. OBO should enable local settlement. Maybe there are certain flows in your application that use it and some that don't

Discord support is for smaller/anonymous/scoped questions, a larger task like investigating your overall integration and suggesting pointed changes to make is something we and I and my team do, but we can't do it here on a public server, it's a support ticket.
