Hi! I'm using Stripe Connect, and one of my customer's clients is unable to complete a subscription payment
As far as I can tell, they are required to complete an auth check by the bank, but apparently they do not receive a popup for any authentication
What's the subscription ID?

When Stripe says "3D Secure attempt failed" does this only mean that they attempted it and failed, or does that include timing out or anything else?
Well we've already looked at pi_3OVXg34DejLMz3P10mToAgcU and it was a failure
The customer then attempted 3 times yesterday. All of which say 3DS was not completed:

So that was the customer attempting and failing authentication? Would it say it failed if they just never completed it?

And I'm 90% sure this is user error, but it's difficult to put all these pieces together
Looking at all examples you've shared, it seems like the issuer/bank is rejecting their authentication attempts. No actual attempt or failure. They need to speak to their bank really. This isn't an integration issue
Ok, that's fair enough. One final question about this. The customer has a card on file. If I were to manually subscribe the customer in the dashboard, I assume the bank would want authentication then also. Would this work? What is the process for gaining authentication when subscribing a customer through the dashboard?
I believe Dashboard payments are flagged as MOTO which are exempt from SCA/3DS
