Hi there, what's the subscription ID? it starts with sub_
Hey, apologies for the delay. Here's the subscription ID - sub_1LfIl3A5BZ3mzPMyP9dGx0sH
I am not completely sure, but it could also be related to the above mentioned locked thread - smitit1999-invoice-void-bug
https://dashboard.stripe.com/logs/req_yfWg58gSn7e0YY this is the request that resumed this subscription.

Hey @radiant schooner , this request was made by me yesterday. It shouldn't affect the previous invoices right?
It won't.
Correct, that is what I wanted to understand. Why is there a discrepancy in the behavior between the invoices
All invoices generated before the resumes_at date are immediately marked as void and won’t use the customer credit balance. Stripe won’t send any upcoming invoice emails or webhooks for these invoices and the subscription’s status remains unchanged.
Which invoice? do you have the ID?
Correct, so just to reiterate, the subscription's payment collection was paused on 28th Nov 2022 and the December invoice (in_1MCI9BA5BZ3mzPMye2X0gpLb) was voided which is the correct behavior. However the invoices from Jan 2023 to July 2023. (For example - in_1MNWvZA5BZ3mzPMyMVZr71TO ) weren't voided even through the subscription wasn't resumed. Why were these invoices not voided is what I wanted to understand
Let me take a closer look, and I'll update you later
Thank you @radiant schooner
https://dashboard.stripe.com/logs/req_u54ya8QLu3C6Ip I found this request. Your code explicitly finalize the invoice and set its auto_advance to true.

Whereas for invoice in_1MCI9BA5BZ3mzPMye2X0gpLb, your code also manually voided it https://dashboard.stripe.com/logs/req_s8YxALMv1i40TB
