More specifically/technically, allow stripe account update individual[verification][document[front]] to accept "identity_document_downloadable" in addition to "identity_document". I've tried downloading and uploading the file with a new purpose but I'd need a restricted key with an IP allow list and my current setup does not have a static IP.

Hello! I believe there's a workaround that you can ask for by writing into support (https://support.stripe.com/contact) that would allow you to use identity_document_downloadable for connected accounts

I'll ask again though and maybe I'll try the request with the stripeAccount request option

I'd push back on them and be super specific - that there should be a private feature for using identity_document_downloadable files with connect and that someone internally should be able to enable it for you
