You can't currently pass through a Customer ID in Pricing Table, but we are working on it and do hope to have that functionality available soon.

Okay, than it is not completely safe to use it this way because of the probability of a human mistake, right?

That is up to you really.

If it is a requirement that you pass in the Customer then you'll want to create Checkout Sessions directly for now.
