@rustic magnet yes if you use Express or Standard accounts it's impossible to modify the details yourself

We don't have a precise list other than what you see on https://stripe.com/docs/api/accounts/update and https://stripe.com/docs/api/accounts/object that is tagged as Custom only

mostly it's everything about the company's identity and the associated people

ah you're right looks like the labels have disappeared. Sorry I'll flag internally but we don't really have any doc beyond this

but for example you can't change most of company, individual or retrieve Persons via the API.

thanks. and what about updating bank account / card for payouts? Can we add this info in our own dashboard and let a user to change it without redirecting into Stripe dashboard?

no you can't with Express or Standard accounts. You can test all of this in Test mode!
