i have online consulting website, in this site user will pay for consulting so i got payment from user then i need to send this amount to my consultant who is took the session after the session end , i decided to use stripe connect but here is consultant stripe account mandatory but my consultants dont have idea to create stripe account so i need to pay them from my stripe to their bank account directly , is that possible?

You need to use Stripe Connect.
