Currently I do not think there is a way to configure the appearance of the Embedded Checkout. Have you tried changing the browser settings and does that impact it?

Okay, that was the only thought I had. I am guessing we do not currently support changing the appearance.

So what other solution is there to support dark mode, because the website i am creating has dark mode

That would likely be the Payment Element, which uses our Appearance API to allow you to customize the look.
