When you say "transfers" do you mean Payouts?

A Transfer is funds moving from your platform to the Connected Account.

A Payout is funds moving from the Connected Account to their bank account

Gotcha, in that case you control this either from your platform Dashboard or via the API using settings.payouts.schedule (https://stripe.com/docs/api/accounts/update#update_account-settings-payouts-schedule)

And you can click "Edit payout schedule" from there
