Hi there 👋 I'm not entirely certain offhand if the connect onboarding component supports collecting external account details, but there is one thing I can think of that we should check before diving into that. Are you working with Custom Connected Accounts by chance?

I believe that's a setting that can also be different in test and live modes, so I'd recommend keeping an eye on which mode you're in as you're checking the state of and toggling that setting.

Thanks, that looks like it was the issue. I had toggled it on for test mode while developing, and forgot that it had to be set separately for live mode. Thanks!
