What is the country of your Stripe account? If the country of Stripe account is in supported countries, your system can still accept payments from Uganda in UGX.

Coutry of stripe account is Uganda.

And Uganda is not supported by Stripe.

Stripe won't be able to process the payments in unsupported countries

Stripe global availability

Once Stripe is supported in your country, you’ll be able to accept payments from customers anywhere in the world.
