If it's only available in English, how can I make it available in multiple languages? I'm curious about the official guidelines provided by Stripe.
Yeah, no, server-side errors are English only. We do have localized client-side errors though, but not in the server-side API.
If you use Stripe Elements the errors will be localized, for example: https://stripe.com/docs/payments/elements
Or if you use Checkout: https://stripe.com/docs/payments/checkout
I understand that I can manage my subscription sessions through the Customer Portal.
If a payment fails, I believe the Customer Portal will show the reason for the payment failure. Will the Customer Portal support multiple languages for the reason for the payment failure?
The Customer Portal is localized, yes. I didn't think it showed details about failed payments though, but I'm not 100% sure.
