When any trasaction is done using Bank Transfer, the stripe provides the options to select the bank which customer can select and authorize it . Also there is option to enter the bank details manually

if the customer select the listed bank then it is authorized at same moments

But typically customers only enter their bank details manually once, then for later transactions you used the saved and already-verified bank details rather than having them enter the raw details again.

If you're not saving them then they would need to be verified every time. That's not recommended.
