they called me yesterday

and Jon, told me to create a ticket to specify in ticket "appn Jon"

and he told me will review it

still a day and didnt got any answers

or results

I had some problems with high risk level

I had a customer on my digital store and he used stolen credit cards and stolen money on my web-site

I couldn't controled it , I didn't knew and I didn't had any mistake
