We don't support those properties out of the box. However, if you reach out to our Support team via https://support.stripe.com/contact/login then they may be able to help you get access to that data.

Can we make recurring payments with this network transaction id without the customer on_session?

Since Network Transaction IDs aren't a public feature I can't discuss them here.
