Was the screenshot from the same Payment Intent ID (pi_xxx) earlier? Or was this a different Payment Intent ID?
If it was different, can you share the corresponding Payment Intent ID in this screenshot?

i have contacted the stripe support and they are asking me to contact the klarna support my self. but iam unable to contact them
one thing to note is that , i tried the same address in my site and it works, but its not working in customers site
